Oddessa Whitman

A native of Seattle, Washington, Oddessa is happy to call New Orleans her second home. She believes that form and function go hand in hand, movement is integral to optimal health and the nervous system is at the root of it all. Oddessa holds a B.A. from the University of Washington in Dance, a C.T.S. in Massage Therapy from Delgado Community College and continues advanced training at the Uppledger Institute. She has been a yoga practitioner for 20 years and enjoys walks in nature with her sweet hound Grits.

She welcomes new and returning clients to her charming home studio in the heart of Mid City, New Orleans.
